Bess did it again with an amazing cake. She had done a cake for my wedding and I knew I had to have her make a cake for my daughter’s first birthday. 100% did not disappoint on the design or taste. Quick, Professional service. Always a joy and location smells delicious. Last but not least the cake was delicious . I’ve had several different flavors. Also, Head chef n staff came out to greet me with a hug during their busy time, being that the cake was purchased for my deceased son whose birthday fell directly on Thanksgiving.
This cake was for our Daughter's Baby shower and it was super yummy, and it turned out to be a big hit for the party!! My daughter was super happy and delighted on what a great job was done with care and details of the edible shells. Perfect & Happy we all were with it. I had contacted LadyCakes the same week of the baptism and they were gracious enough to make time for this special cake. The ladies are always such a joy to deal with!! Thank you, Lady Cakes! I ordered cupcakes from Publix for my son’s baptism. I told them I wanted white with green accents and The first picture is what I picked up. Needless to say, I was super disappointed, but I figured I was probably stuck with the consequences of trying to cut corners. I called LadyCakes and explained the situation and they told me to bring in the cupcakes. A couple hours later, I picked up the cupcakes which were totally transformed - second pic. It was so gorgeous and beyond anything I could have imagined. Here's what blew me away: this wasn’t their problem. They could have told me there was nothing they could do, or offered to sell me some already made cupcakes that were not custom to the situation. I would’ve understood either of those as a response. But they didn’t. They were immediately in my corner, trying to figure out how they could help. They were so nice- these women are all “girl’s girls”. I showed the owner, my original inspiration photos, and I immediately knew that she was going to make it right. I was blown away by the customer service, care, and level of responsiveness. This level of customer service seems to be almost extinct these days, but this interaction renewed my faith in businesses that actually care about PEOPLE, not just a bottom line. Needless to say, they have created a customer for life.

My husband and I LOVED our wedding cake! We used LadyCakes for our wedding last month in November and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From the inquiring stages to the tastings to the final day of our wedding, the entire process went so smoothly. Instead of sheet cake, we went with cupcakes. The hardest part was narrowing down the flavor options lol. The owner was wonderful to work with, she was always very quick with replies to our emails and made the entire process super easy. We planned our wedding from Denver, CO so, trust me when I say that our cake was one of the easiest processes we encountered! Basically all of our guests said that our cake/cupcakes were delicious and we couldn't agree with them more. I'll add photos of our beautiful cake. My husband, and I, are even debating on ordering a smaller cake with the same flavor and icing that our wedding cake was in the future when we visit the area again for an anniversary.
